HEY, SPIN CYCLE!!! We have a lot of new faces around here lately and we’re SOO EXCITED YOU’RE HERE!! In the beginning of this episode we’re going back to the beginning a little bit with some background on how we got started as a spin studio and brought in the podcast. We recap the rest of our trip a little bit and our infamous golf cart video LOL we also chat about a recent question that has come up about choreography and how each piece correlates to the muscle group you’re working (stay tuned for more on this!) We also tried watching the comedy show “I think you should leave” on Netflix, stay tuned for our thoughts!!

We’re also breaking down our ENDLESS SUMMER campaign we have going on this month, what to expect each day and a potential party this Saturday!! Happy listening/watching!!

We’re in Corolla, NC for the 41st episode of THE SPIN CYCLE!! We’re halfway through our Beach trip and we have yet to play the JAWS drinking came we talked about in Episode 40!! We are most likely going to be playing it on Thursday night!! We went and waited in an hour long line for the BANANA DOG CAFE - coffee was good but we’ll be more strategic about when we wait in line next time!! Stay tuned for more recaps from the beach, we’ll be posting about it during the first week of August!!

In our 39th episode, we’re recapping one of the BUSIEST months we’ve ever had at Tribe - FIVE outdoor classes this month!!! It’s been such a fun, memorable month and we can’t wait for you all to see what we have planned for JULY!!! We kick off the month with Kristen’s community ride, our newest instructor followed shortly by JULY FOURTH and our third annual SUMMER CONCERT SERIES!!!!

Since there is construction this year in Downtown Annapolis and we are unable to ROCK THE DOCK we are taking things OFF THE DOCK (quite literally) in this episode. Filling you all in on the 4 different outdoor events we have schedule for the month of June! We are so excited for this month with you!

HAPPY (unofficial!) kickoff to SUMMER!!! In this episode we're recapping our 30 mile tandem bike ride, potentially applying for THE AMAZING RACE & all of the fun things we have planned for JUNE!!! It's a short one - perfect if you just want to catch up while you're driving into the studio to take class. We are SO EXCITED for all the things!!

We got invited to the Motion Picture Association in DC to see The Devil Wears Prada 2 before it came out in theatres and it was such a special, fun night!! Here we're recapping our experience and what we thought of the movie!!! Head over to instagram for a VLOG on the night!!
