We’re in Corolla, NC for the 41st episode of THE SPIN CYCLE!! We’re halfway through our Beach trip and we have yet to play the JAWS drinking came we talked about in Episode 40!! We are most likely going to be playing it on Thursday night!! We went and waited in an hour long line for the BANANA DOG CAFE - coffee was good but we’ll be more strategic about when we wait in line next time!! Since there is construction this year in Downtown Annapolis and we are unable to ROCK THE DOCK we are taking things OFF THE DOCK (quite literally) in this episode. HAPPY (unofficial!) kickoff to SUMMER!!! In this episode we're recapping our 30 mile tandem bike ride, potentially applying for THE AMAZING RACE & all of the fun things we have planned for JUNE!!! In this episode we’re recapping the first OUTDOOR RIDE of 2026, some studio updates and the charity we will be riding and raising money for this weekend. We are SO excited for this 60 MINUTE ADVANCED ride on Sunday!!! CHEERS TEAM!!!

We’re officially in MID-MARCH and in the middle of all the MADNESS!!! CONGRATS to all of the March Madness finishers who have made it through so far! We are chatting about what’s coming up and what you can look forward to over the coming weeks! We’re also chatting about the weekend (we went to DTA to see the parade) and what we have planned for ST. PATTYS DAY!! We are looking forward to celebrating with you guys!!

HAPPY MARCH, TEAM!! We’re recapping a girls night we had back in February where we started to bedazzle our own viral mini Lowe’s buckets and Jen watched WHITE CHICKS for the first time!! Which then led us to start planning a White Chicks themed spin class! We also chat through a funny door dash experience we had, our thoughts on Wuthering Heights and how Jen once left her luggage at home and what she found out on her way back.
