It's International Women's Day. I wish we didn't need an IWD and it makes me angry that we do. We need to be mindful of it every single day. The UN Predicts equity won't be achieved for 300 years. THREE HUNDRED. It Is That Bad. Even if you don't think so or you don't see it or you think it doesn't impact you directly or you think the behaviour being called out isn't that bad. It is that bad and it's everyone's responsibility to do better, regardless of gender. For All females, All women, All people.
