powerful is the Holy Spirit.  There are many ideas about what the Spirit

does in people, but on this night Jesus spends with His disciples, He

actually takes some time to talk about the Spirit and His work. This

group of men who were about to change the world seemed no more ready to

have a historical impact than any of us. But Jesus knew that when He

went back to heaven, the Spirit was coming, and that would be a game

changer.  Since the Spirit still comes into those who believe today, the

same power to change the world is alive in us! So let’s take some time

to look at what Jesus has to say about the Spirit and hopefully we’ll

understand a little more about how this Spirit can work in us to change

our world.
