The Spirit Hunter tells the story of A-Kun, a young shaman who secretly performs black magic to distill corpse oil in hopes of earning enough money to marry his beloved, Sui. However, his actions anger the spirits, leading to deadly consequences. As the spirits seek revenge, A-Kun must rely on his knowledge of magic and faith to protect himself and Sui from impending doom.
