There is a constant flow, a rhythm between our vertical life and our horizontal life. And even though salvation and trusting in Jesus is primary. It is critical. It is foundational.

Once you proceed past that state - the rest of our lives is a continuous rhythm between heaven and earth - natural and spiritual.

And so, the main point- the lesson here is the revelation that when we don’t live rightly - or faithful on earth that can mess up our spiritual health.

And when we are not right spiritually - that can affect our natural affairs, relationships and work.
