The Sport Diehards is very excited to look back on the top storylines of 2016 and tell you what we think is the top story of the year.  Is it Peyton Manning riding off into retirement as winner of Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos?  Is it the Cleveland Cavaliers overcoming a 3-1 deficit to defeat the 73-win Golden State Warriors in the 2016 NBA Finals?  Is it Colin Kaepernick protesting the National Anthem by taking a knee before an NFL game?  Is it the Chicago Cubs erasing their 107-year old run of futility by finally winning a World Series?  Is it the NFL finally returning to Los Angeles?  We'll give you our opinions to all these stories and tell you which one took the cake.  

In terms of predicting what happens in 2017, we'll consider whether Jared Goff of the Los Angeles Rams will ever live up to being the #1 overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft among other predictions we'll make.
