With day 4 done and dusted, our Aussies have had a slightly more disappointing night of games.

Japan is still out in front with 7 golds, 2 silvers and 4 bronze medals, followed by China with 6, 6 and 2, Australia have crept up t third with 6, 4 and 1, France has dropped down to fourth with 5, 9 and 4 and Korea round off the top 5 with 5, 3 and 3.

The Boomers came up short vs Canada ending the match 83 - 93.
The women's rugby 7s suffered a devastating loss to the USA who clutched a victory with a try in the final play of the match.
Kaylee McKeown captured another gold for Aus in the 100m backstroke, beating the previous *REDACTED* recorded with a time of 57.33s.
Zac Stubblety-Cook resurrected his dead-last start to win his heat on the final lap of the 200m breaststroke.
And the men's water polo defeated back-to-back champions Serbia in an 8 - 3 win.

Kristen and Nige caught former Hockeyroo and current *REDACTED* commentator, Georgie Parker after the men lost to Belgium but, the gals are killing it!
