Too many of us thrive on anger, lap it up, direct it anywhere and everywhere because it's one of our drugs of choice. Looking at a political event this week, former MI6 spy Matthew argues that we shouldn't seek refuge from this destructive emotion by seeking guidance from our so-called leaders.
