Roli Delgado is an MMA fighter and BJJ Black belt who has fought in the UFC and Bellator, among other promotions. He was also a cast member on SpikeTV's "The Ultimate Fighter" in 2008, and currently is co-owner of Westside MMA in Little Rock, AR where he coaches many competitive athletes, to include current UFC fighters Bryce Mitchell and TJ Brown.

Roli is also a multi-talented businessman, a father, and a student of life in general, so our discussion, while heavily weighted towards training in the martial arts, also touches on various lessons and thoughts that can be pulled from a life spent in pursuit of excellence in multiple venues.
