We kick off a mini-series of episodes looking at the latest Target novelisations, with a look at The Star Beast.
We chat with editor Steve Cole, author Gary Russell and cover artist Anthony Dry, as we reveal all about the making of these gems.
We also feature an excerpt from the audiobook version, as read by Jacqueline King, courtesy of BBC Audio.

A podcast discussing Doctor Who-related items, more often than not in threes, whether stories, guests, or anything else. Featuring Big Finish's Kenny Smith, and in the early episodes, regular appearances from Tom Harris (the former Labour MP)  and David Steel (not the former Liberal Party MP, MSP and leader). 

Dave still appears, as do Dr John Bollan and Stephen Day, with Tom fleetingly materialising.

We also have a host of great Doctor Who guests using "Kenny's bottomless address book" (c) David Steel.

The Power of 3 is the podcast home of the story of the action figures, and now, we're VERY excited by a new book.
It's been revealed that Go Figure! is on the way, being published by Roundel Books, and is billed as: "The ultimate collector’s guide to Character Options’s 5.5” Doctor Who action figures from 2005-2024!"
Dave and Kenny are so excited, and the book's designer Will Brooks joins us to tease the project.

240: It Figures...

Tom Baker on the Power of 3? You must be joking! But we're not!
Kenny's been frootling around in his loft, and recently came across a VHS tape, recorded at Scottish convention more than 30 years ago.
Tom Baker appeared on Sunday, 31 May, 1992, at Paisley Arts Centre, an event Dave and Kenny both attended (although they didn't know each other at the time).
This recording has been transferred from a long-play camcorder cassette recording, to VHS, to DVD, and then had the soundtrack lifted and digitally restored (with a bit of AI help).

Well, that was creepy, wasn't it?
John, Kenny and Steevie discuss the latest episode of Doctor Who, as Russell T Davies delivers some scares, laughs and more mysteries.
And there's a surprise appearance from the theme tune from an old British TV show, which some of you may recall...
