MET SC8314 - Riot Grrl. Identity: Kairi Blythe. Formerly Hardcore, Dischord's (MET SC2367) mentee. Agitator for metahuman rights and leader of the Metahuman Liberation Front (>ORG ER1834).

ORG CO4258 - Palisade Security. A private security firm in Lyon Park posing as an alternative to EMBER’s safety measures. Founded by Walter Talcott (>CIV NW0824), who publicly distrusts EMBER and decries government corruption. They use repurposed Mican technology to enhance civilian bodyguards.

• Note: Their tech is surprisingly advanced. Limit their access to Mican residuals. Plus, this Talcott guy is a scammer. - S.S.

INT DF0001 - EMBER. The Executive Monitoring Bureau of Empowered Residents. Initially chartered in 1945 under the Department of Defense. Restructured in 2008 under the Department of Homeland Security.

• Purpose: To catalog, research, regulate, and utilize superpowered US residents in cases of local and national security.

Organized in the Sunflower District in response to destruction wrought by Menagerie's 03/30/2025 attack on Sanctum City (>EVE XC1086).

His modus operandi changed from assault and theft to murder and large-scale property damage. He’s been arrested and imprisoned in Fort McHenry three times and has escaped three times.
