On January 20 1990, 180 counterfeit tickets were discovered being sold to a John Lee Hooker concert at Starry Night, a midsize music venue in Old Town, Portland. 3 days later Tim Moreau, an employee of the popular night club, vanished after admitting to the scheme— at least that’s what the club owner, 35 year old Larry Hurowitz, told police.
