The Start of it All

The YNA Podcast which stands for you're not alone is my effort to reach out to people who feel alone through their experiences. Sometimes it's really hard to talk to a therapist or really anyone about mental health, but sometimes just hearing other peoples experiences helps you realize you're not alone. I want to share my stories and what I've been through to help others get through their troubles. I will be talking about relationships with siblings, parents, significant others, and friends. I also will talk about the things I have done to try to help myself through this journey. Enjoy.
