Jesus being filled with the Spirit ...  ...was led by the Spirit into the  wilderness.  When we are led by the Spirit, we can go anywhere.  When we are led by the Spirit into a place where God want to develop us for His perfect divine kingdom purpose and will, He separates us so we have His undivided attention.  Jesus was sent into the wilderness to over come the Satan who tempted Christ with the lust of the flesh, bread because he fasted, the lust of the eye, because Satan showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the pride of life, because Satan tempted Jesus to demonstrate His power by throwing his self down from the pinnacle of the temple.

We will discuss Luke Chapter 4 and the testing of Jesus prior to His ministry.
