The state Theatre has partnered with Ster Kinekor to exhibit some on the plays you would ordinarily see on the stage. As we know, the theatre industry has been among the hardest hit avenues of art during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. In March, the historic Fugard Theatre in Cape Town announced its permanent closure. How is Ster Kinekor and The State Theatre hoping this partnership will work to theatre’s advantage?
