Finding your purpose is much more of a remembering than creating something new.

 I want to share a 10 min visualization that will help you strengthen the connection with hearing your own unique direction and answers.

There was a beautiful structure of steadiness built when you came into this world. 

At some point of time you started disconnecting from it, usually unconsciously.

In a way you started walking away from it and betraying yourself step by step, day by day, action after action.

It wasn’t even your intention or fault. It can come as an adaptation, a survival mechanism. when you saw no other choice.

The good news is that beautiful essence is still within you and stillness is the mechanism to connect with it and your original knowing, it helps you remember.
