Josh and Casey are excited to announce a NEW DIRECTION for the podcast. Together, they have decided to shift their focus away from the general zeitgeist talk and hone in on men's mental health. It's an issue that is not discussed often enough. To start the guys explain why they're making a change and uncovering the stigma behind men's mental health. This causes a discussion over some research on signs of depression in men vs. women as well as going over some examples of their own mental health struggles. Next, the guys go over some mental health statistics and common social stigmas before beginning to review some potential solutions that could help guys with the problems they went over.
