This week, Beth explains the Equal Rights Amendment, which was introduced in 1920, and still has yet to be ratified by enough states to qualify as an amendment in 2020. We talk through the main reasons people argue for the ERA to not be passed and pitch in our two cents on the matter. It's honestly mind-blowing.
