Eberle is a well-known east side Paso staple. If you've driven out or into town on the 46 East Highway you've likely seen their sign advertising their cave tours. Despite being so well known, one of us had never been and the other had not visited in over a decade. We broke that streak on Sunday morning and are so glad that we did!
