"Everybody asks whenever someone goes through a hard time - WHY ME? To which I always ask - WHY NOT ME?"
These are the words of Jacqueline Tisher. A woman with the willpower, courage, and mindset to believe in these words even after losing her daughter Acacia and her foster children Jasmine, Adam and Hope to complex medical conditions. After going through such adversities, Jacqueline realized the gap there was between children born with complex medical needs and the support they and their families are provided. This led to Jacquline founding Hope’s Home - the First Medically Inclusive Child Care in Canada.
Tune into this week's episode to listen to Jacqueline’s story, her journey and her mindset of always finding the light at the end of the tunnel no matter how impossible it may seem. Jacqueline truly is one of the strongest women we’ve ever met and had the privilege of having on our podcast. We hope after listening to this episode you all leave with new-found respect for your life, gratitude for your loved ones and of course……A Little Perspective.
