What story are you telling yourself that's the focus of the day is that story? Because guess what? We all are telling ourselves stories. Now, you might be thinking, okay, Spencer, I don't tell myself these long narratives and I'm reading a storybook to myself. Okay, you probably don't do that. Maybe you do. Cool. If you do, there's no judgment, but probably not, right? You're probably not, like, saying your whole life story to you in your head or out loud. But we are telling a story, and we're telling that story to ourselves about how our life is going.
