Drought and floods somehow strike the city of Phoenix at the same time. As the death toll mounts, and the city’s water reserves reach dangerously low levels, Agent Ruby Hayes is joined by a trio of odd locals to figure out what is wrong with the water in this desert. Mysterious and haunting ghostly singing is probably not a good sign… [ Natalie sings in this one. Be nice! ]
