In 2020, Benita Woody had recently moved to McKinney, Texas from New Jersey. Benita, a devoted mother and church member, was very family-oriented.  So when no one could reach her after August 5, 2020, worry began to set in.

Family was even more alarmed when Benita's GMC Yukon was found abandoned four hours from McKinney, near Geary, Oklahoma.
