Physical and mental strength rely on the same inner conviction to continue the growth. By maintaining a particular line of thought, and more importantly, resisting any manipulation of that line, we find that we are capable of much bigger and better things. By embracing the strength of heart and mind in this same manner, we can force ourselves to change our perspective to what we desire.
