I’ve named this “The String Drill”. It’s hardly a new idea, but I swear by it for teaching ALL goalies about positioning.

We’ll talk about why this cheap piece of equipment is so valuable and should be used every day.

From young goalies all the way up to collegiate goalies and beyond, The String Drill is probably the most valuable piece of coaching you can implement.
