Sad to say Shelley LaBelle and Claire Fae were absent from this week's podcast.  However, EJ the DJ was joined by Omars Showbar General Manager, Adam Parsons to talk about making sure you're taking care of your health.  Adam talks about his heart issues earlier this year and EJ the DJ opens up about his health issues that he's concerned of yet taking proper precautions to make things better.
