Mental Health is a vital topic that is rarely discussed in churches. After walking through a 5 week sermon series on mental health titled "The Struggle is Real," we sat down with several pastors and licensed professional counselors to talk about questions from the series and how to apply the Gospel to our mental health. We discussed issues ranging from self-care, walking alongside those struggling, medicine, suicide, prayer, and more.
