Jim was a freshman starter for the Northwestern Wildcats basketball team, when depression knocked him to the ground. Jim's inherent stubbornness, once an asset which made him tremendous competitor, prevented him from accepting advice from those around him. Now as a public speaker and podcaster, Jim shares his story in the hopes of helping students, athletes, parents, or any individuals suffering from depression.
