This mini episode is a thought I had from recently watching a short video that was created by the Cleveland Clinic to help raise empathy among their staff.  The video is powerful and moving as it highlights the weight and burden than many of us carry with us. As I watched the video it made me think about the burdens that many of our students and colleagues bring with them to school each day.
