There is an old saying familiar to all of us.  Finish this well known phrase if you can.  "The Bigger They are, The Harder They Fall".

 

1.  Some Prophesies

     1 John 1:9            If we confess our sins, He is faithful to

                                 forgive.

 

3.  Some Pronouncements

     Mark 14:29-31     What did Peter say he would never do? 

                                Deny Jesus

     John 21:3             Many that forsook Jesus ended up going on a

                                fishing trip.

     Proverbs 16:18     Pride is a reason we too can fail Jesus

     Galatians 6:3        Self Deception is a reason we too can fail

                                Jesus

     2 Timothy 1:7       Fear is a reason we too can fail Jesus

     John 21:4-12        Jesus promised that after He is raised He

                                would go before them to Galilee.  Reflect

                                upon what happened when He met them

                                in John 21:4-12.  What stands out to you?
