1.  Begin with God and Love Him

     Mark 12:28-31      The surpassing priority in life is to begin with                                     God.

     1 John 4:19           What precedes our love for God?  His love for

                                 us.

     Romans 10:10       When believing in God we must use our

                                 heart.

 

2.  Continue with What Matters Most to God

     Mark 12:32-33, 34  Jesus told this man he was not far from the

     Mark 12:35-37                     Kingdom of God.

     Philippians 2:9-11   Jesus is always the main issue.  Is he Lord

                                  of your life?

     Ephesians 4:28, 5:22 & 25, 6:1, 6:5-9: Read these verses and

                     ask yourself, what does "as to the Lord" mean to me?

     Colossians 3:17       Does Jesus govern all you say and all 

                                   you do?

 

3.  End Above All Else with The Heart

     Mark 12:38-40, 41-44  Workers are just the Channel.  It's true,

                                    God wants performance, but only if the

                                    attitude of your heart is right in Him.

Augustine said, "We do not come to God upon our feet,

but upon our affections".
