So many times we find ourselves in the situation of choosing to play small instead of really going after our dreams and our big goals. In today's episode, we're talking about some of the reasons we end up in this place. There are some easy steps to take to begin to do it differently, so we can get out of our own way and put our dreams at center stage!

This is the very most important aspect of personal growth and the first key to unlocking the full and enriching lives that we really want to live. Many high-achievers and entrepreneurs have done some good work in this area, but often times there is deeper work to do that successful people may tend to avoid. In this episode, we break that down and try to understand why that is, and how really digging in can lead to significant improvements in our self-confidence, our relationships and our business or career successes and can truly take us to an even higher level of achievement.
