In this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Cristy Murray of Blue Veil Wellness. Cristy Murray is a mom of 2 active boys, wife 24/7 and Nurse Practitioner by day. She believes life is a journey. Women and mothers should thrive on this journey. Not simply watching in the back-burner. Women and Mothers should be energized, confident, present, and happy.
She is also a health coach at BlueVeilWellness.com. She is trained in Functional Medicine as well as a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. Her passion is to further help overwhelmed women and mothers address hormone issues, so they can get rid of fatigue, lose the brain fog, have healthy hair and skin, so they can become healthy and thriving again.
