In today's episode I had the pleasure to interview Mim Parisi who helps women who have suffered trauma and abuse, or who are successful but have the ambition to take life to the next level, feel POWERFUL & CONFIDENT like they can conquer the world.  She does this by training the mind and the body through the art of BOXING.  She has been in this industry for 12 years and one thing that stands out to her when it comes to training and mindset is that women in particular do not put them self as a priority.  She is a single mother of three who uses no excuses as boundaries to gain success. Mim is Passionate and grateful to the life lessons that boxing training has taught her over the years.
