In today's episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Peter M. Deeley Jr. who is the founder of A Well Run Life and creator of The 3 Minute Uplift which he created to give people a tool to save a little time everyday to turn their focus inward. The persistent return to the breath is central to his notion of living a calmer and more focused life.
Peter has multiple projects such as A Well Run Life's handmade charms which are tools to help people stay lovingly connected to their loved ones. Grace Farms which seeks to connect people to the best in local food by hosting amazing farm-to-table Pop-Up dinners. His podcast called A Well Run Life, His audio book called The Leadership Miracle, and it is a cross between a poem and an essay. And Peter is also a health coach. He lives in Arizona and is Married to Naturopathic physician Dr. Maggie Garvin, and together they have a blended family of 5 children.
