In today's Empowerment Week's Interview I chat with Cynthia D’Amour, MBA, who is an empowerment coach who helps people choose juicy and delicious lives, loves and work. Cynthia’s magic strategy across all her work is to get people to put a stake in the ground for their happiness and choose their best life, both professionally and personally.  Cynthia is the author of several books including The Successful Woman’s Guide to Delicious Dating (January 2021).   She’s coached tens of thousands of leaders and executives, and has spent the last 20 years keynoting at leadership conferences. She’s well known for her exciting hands-on, how-to programs and periodically bursting into an improv scene. Cynthia does regular Facebook Live motivational talks to encourage her followers to go beyond fear and anxiety and choose happiness and positivity in spite of what’s going on in the world.  Cynthia met 300 men in 11 months and ended up marrying Mr. 301 - all before online dating! (Still happily married 26 years later.)    She’s helped thousands of successful women find love by breaking free from outdated dating rules. Cynthia recently launched The Delicious Dating Academy a virtual learning center to help find love – even in times of COVID-19.  Cynthia enjoys living in Ann Arbor, MI with her husband and two adorable dogs.
