In today's episode I had the pleasure to chat with David Mignano, CRME who is a Masters level hospitality professional and has been in charge of departmental profitability across various different hotel segments. Through P&L reviews and cost control measures he has seen growth in the GOP of the departments he has overseen. Over the last several years he has been responsible for overseeing the revenue generation strategies of two separate portfolios with budgets in excess of twenty-four million dollars. His competitive drive developed during his time playing baseball in college and he used his competitive nature to create and execute action plans, both individually and as a team member, to accomplish an overall common goals. This mindset has helped him strive for, achieve, and sustain success in life. He is married with two children.
