The Sugar Jar Podcast - A conversation with Dr. Edith Eger on perseverance, forgiveness, and her new book The Gift.

Listen Later

In this episode I was honored to interview Dr. Edith Eger, an American psychologist, writer of The Gift and New York Times bestseller, The Choice. She's also a survivor of the Holocaust.  In this episode she talks to us about how despite all the horrors she's experienced, how she learned how to STILL choose peace in her life.

Quote -

“Forgiveness has nothing to do with me forgiving because I don't have God given powers or do, we are given as a gift that I give myself and not allow anybody to take residence in my body” - Dr. Edith Eger
