In this weeks episode I'm talking about taking risks and how courage is the byproduct we get from taking these steps into the unknown.

I'm sharing real life examples from my own life this year of where I took risks and left the comfort of the known to be couragous. This includes the job I had for 5 months and the shame / embarrassment I felt around having to 'take a job' and being secretive about it, and also the courage it took to bring my relationship to a close and move forward with my life in a different direction to what I had imagined.
