This is the first episode in The Summer Edit Series. The Summer Edit is a collection of episodes that are more personal and intimate in nature. I won't be doing much teaching in the way that I normally do, and because of that the episodes will be shorter.
The Summer Edit allows me to take a bit of a break from teaching and interviewing which is much needed.
As for this episode, I figured it would be cool to start the series with an episode shedding some light into how the summer edit came about.
Spiritual maintenance is becoming more of a thing these days and I am here for it. Here's my simple take on how to get in on the fun.
