Evan Weinstein is a skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for optimizing athletic performance. Based in Chester, PA, he holds an M.S. in Performance Enhancement, Injury Prevention, and Nutrition from California University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. Evan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Currently, Evan serves as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Delaware, designing training programs for multiple varsity teams and mentoring interns. He has prior experience at SUNY Cortland and Coastal Carolina University, where he developed sport-specific strength programs and collaborated with sports medicine staff to support athlete rehabilitation. With a focus on evidence-based techniques and teamwork, Evan is committed to fostering peak performance while prioritizing injury prevention and athlete well-being.
