Through simple voice recognition, Kent was able to identify Chuck Riggs as the boy who called him.  Now he has to convince the frightened boy that lives are in danger and he will do all he can to protect him if he will only tell him who the Clan is.  Commentary on how this Superman story affected the Ku Klux Klan at the time.
