American Road magazine has featured drive-in movie theaters in multiple issues, with a notable "A Night at the Drive-In" series focusing on these outdoor cinemas. The magazine's Summer 2014 issue, titled "A Night at the Drive-In 2," highlighted 32 drive-ins and included an interview with Burt Reynolds about his experiences with the drive-in movie scene.
