Judge Frank H. Easterbrook, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, spoke at the Law School about his research into recent U.S. Supreme Court cases involving business litigation. He argues that the Supreme Court may not always exhibit the conservative or pro-business slant that many commentators expect it to.
