We cover the leak from the Supreme Court regarding women right to an abortion. Was Roe v. Wade really a stretch compared to other rights the court has recognized in the constitution. Ultimately, it depends on how you view privacy, whether or not you believe a right to personal anatomical privacy, and if that right is explicitly or implicitly stated in the constitution. Regardless of your opinion of the original /roe v. Wade decision, millions of American women have grown up believing they had a constitutionally protected right to reproductive health care and this new ruling is sure to shake possible evicerate that sense of security. Reproductive rights are offcially on the ballot in 2022 and 2024.
