Matt Lennert of the local restaurant and catering business, Spoonfed, joins the ladies to talk teamwork, SUPing, surfing, family dynamnics and the Great Lakes. Matt is an accomplished chef, running Spoonfed with his wife and help from their daughter.

Driven to Wilmington for the great lifestyle they’d experienced on visits to town, it was only natural that Matt & Kim start visioning foods that would nourish them for active days on the beach and in the water.
