• Story 1: The Surgical Zombie – A medical billing clerk in West Virginia encounters a distorted figure in blue gloves and a surgical mask during a 3:00 AM smoke break. A simple request for a light turns into a chilling display of the unnatural.
• Story 2: The Bait and Switch – What was supposed to be a simple camper inspection near the SC/TN border becomes a descent into a "drug city" holler. Trapped by a dead engine and surrounded by armed onlookers, two men must navigate a coordinated trap set by a woman who won't take "no" for an answer.
• Story 3: The Todd Delivery – An App State student takes a late-night DoorDash order deep into the snowy backroads of Todd, NC. After a routine delivery, he finds himself sliding on ice while being pursued by a creature that looks like it stepped out of a horror movie.
