Step 1. List your 5 best selling products
Step 2. Setup a product page Friction Score Survey on each of those products
You can use Hotjar or Mouseflow to accomplish this easily.
step 3. Ask these questions in your survey
Is there anything holding you back from buying this product now?
if yes then ask
what are the reason(s) holding you back?
Step 4. Collect the data and categorize data once you have about 50 replies.
"Step 5. Redesign your product page and address their hesitations clearly above the fold or around the ATC button, image gallary or other areas that customers tend to see.
Here are some ideas on what you can do:
Highlight customer reviews that addresses most common concerns
Create a FAQ and address the most common concerns
Change pricing to price per day, price per usage etc.
Add icons and bullets that addresses customer hesitations
Now watch your conversion rate go through the roof.
