This is an unofficial "Part 3" of a 3 part conversation based on an encounter I had with the Lord. In a powerful, much needed time of weeping that came from reading the book, "Searching for Sunday," the idea of God keeping us, even when we didn't want to became tangibly real.

God being the sustainer of all things He created includes us. He is able to sustain us not only because He made us, but because He has gone before us so He is the only one who actually knows what we will inevitably need. When He asks us and tasks us to carry something heavy- when the privilege starts to feel more like a burden- He doesn't leave us to deal with it on our own. He invites us into a partnership where we can humbly admit we need Him, casting the burden at His feet and in return He will strengthen, keep and uphold us.
