I take a moment to take you through the birth of my daughter, Sutton.

This was a really important episode for me to get out there and I hope that it gives some insight into me, and why I wanted to create this podcast series. It's been 6 weeks and its been one of the hardest journeys of my life, but the chapter is here and now we're reading it at pace, excited for the next paragraph!

This episode was a really good way for me personally to take some time with my thoughts about the day, re-live it and get it out there for you all to hear. Im sure there are other Dads like me, who might be able to get something out of this.
